Culinary Specialist - Dublin

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Culinary Specialist - Dublin. This role will play a key part in the overall growth of the organisation along with helping to maintain our core ethos here are Sysco – keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.

Key Accountabilities:

• Support the preparation and setup of the demo kitchen for customer visits
• Assist Development Chef teams both on-site and at customer locations
• Maintain the demo kitchen to the highest standards of cleanliness, ensuring all cleaning records are accurately kept
• Manage stock rotation and product requirements as needed
• Ensure full compliance with all Health and Safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a large kitchen environment is desirable
• Culinary qualification is advantageous but not essential
• Basic knowledge of cooking and food preparation
• Barista training is beneficial but not required (training will be provided)
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in relation to cleanliness and organisation
• Willingness to learn and follow formal processes
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Full-time permission to work in Ireland is required
• A full driving licence is preferred, but not essential
