Culinary Specialist - Dublin
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Culinary Specialist - Dublin. This role will play a key part in the overall growth of the organisation along with helping to maintain our core ethos here are Sysco – keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the preparation and setup of the demo kitchen for customer visits
- Assist Development Chef teams both on-site and at customer locations
- Maintain the demo kitchen to the highest standards of cleanliness, ensuring all cleaning records are accurately kept
- Manage stock rotation and product requirements as needed
- Ensure full compliance with all Health and Safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a large kitchen environment is desirable
- Culinary qualification is advantageous but not essential
- Basic knowledge of cooking and food preparation
- Barista training is beneficial but not required (training will be provided)
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in relation to cleanliness and organisation
- Willingness to learn and follow formal processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Full-time permission to work in Ireland is required
- A full driving licence is preferred, but not essential
