National Account Executive – Republic of Ireland
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a National Account Executive in the Republic of Ireland, a role which will play a key part in the overall growth of the organisation along with helping to maintain our core ethos here are Sysco – keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do. The successful candidate will be the National Account Executive for our Retail accounts.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver sales, profit, and service targets through effective planning and execution.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to drive performance and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Develop and adapt sales strategies to meet market changes and growth objectives.
- Ensure effective account management, including clear documentation and use of systems (e.g. CRM).
- Support business growth initiatives and foster a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in the Foodservice sector and a valid driver’s licence.
- Strong commercial, financial, and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Proven sales expertise, including consultative selling, negotiation, and customer development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to create innovative customer solutions and propositions.
- Confident using business technology tools, including CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.
