ABOUT THE ROLE
Purpose
Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting and hiring top talent.
Responsibilities
- Assist with job postings on internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Review resumes and applications, screening candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, communication with candidates, and logistics management.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Proactively engage with candidates to promote the company’s employer brand and job opportunities.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate with candidates to answer questions about the role, application process, and company culture.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team members to understand hiring needs and support recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar tools is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.
Education
Degree in related discipline or an additional 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
